Backroom Coordinator

Backroom Coordinator at TJX Companies (HomeGoods). Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently, and maintaining a clean, organized backroom that supports an excellent customer experience. Drives the flow of goods to the sales floor by orchestrating truck deliveries, tagging/hanging/securement of merchandise, and stock organization. Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles, monitors team productivity, and collaborates with management on training needs. Maintains adherence to safety, labeling, and labor policies while promoting store shrink reduction and the company’s credit/loyalty programs. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience are preferred; ability to lift heavy objects and train others are essential.
