Growing your career in a backroom coordination role, you will execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently and collaborate as a team. You will deliver excellent customer experiences through engaging interactions, maintain clean and organized backrooms, train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles, ensure items are properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, coordinate truck deliveries, monitor team productivity, organize back stock for easy replenishment, uphold signage and safety standards, and communicate priorities with management to support store goals.
