Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and uphold merchandising procedures to ensure the sales floor is stocked and tidy. Participate in safety awareness initiatives, shrink reduction goals, and multi-tasking duties as assigned. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a starting pay range of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.
