Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and counting change. Support store recovery, merchandising procedures, and shrink reduction goals. Participate in safety awareness and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas.

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
