Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the TJX family's mission to delight shoppers with hidden treasures across its off-price brands, emphasizing honesty, integrity, and respect within a vibrant team culture.
