Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and embodying customer experience principles. Maintain a clean and organized store environment while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness throughout the day. Perform other duties as assigned and accept constructive feedback. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay range $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
