Backroom Associate

Backroom Associate at TJX Companies. Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, ring up purchases, process returns, count change, promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain organized, clean store areas. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas; support loss prevention, merchandising standards, and safety; participate in store recovery, and assist with inventory and merchandise preparation. Requires strong customer service, organization, communication, and ability to multi-task in a flexible schedule retail environment.
