Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery efforts, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-training in multiple store areas. Possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
