Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery, merchandising, and shrink reduction goals through daily activities and cross-training as needed. Maintain safety awareness and uphold labor laws, policies, and procedures throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
