Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery initiatives, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Perform cross-training in multiple store areas as needed to support business requirements.
