Backroom Associate

Backroom Associate at TJX’s Marshalls store in Orlando, FL. Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and supporting multiple store areas as needed. Key duties include accurate cash handling and POS operation, processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, promoting credit and loyalty programs, participating in store recovery, maintaining store cleanliness, and contributing to shrink reduction and safety initiatives. The role requires strong customer service, communication and organizational skills, the ability to work a flexible schedule, multi-tasking, and the physical ability to lift objects.
