Backroom Associate (Must be available as early as 6am)

Backroom Associate at TJX Companies (Marietta, GA). Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, processing merchandise for the sales floor, promoting credit and loyalty programs, supporting loss prevention and safety standards, maintaining merchandising and recovery standards, and participating in store initiatives. Must be available for early shifts (as early as 6am) and able to work a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates have retail customer experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
