Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while following established procedures. Uphold merchandising standards, participate in store recovery, and support shrink reduction goals. Adhere to operational, loss prevention, and labor laws while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Maintain a safe environment and accept constructive feedback. Work flexible morning shifts at the HomeGoods store in Wheaton, IL, earning $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
