Backroom Associate 6am shift

Backroom Associate role with a 6am shift at TJX-family brands. Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, adhering to operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards, processing customer purchases/returns, maintaining an organized store environment, and possibly cross-training in multiple areas to support store needs. Responsibilities include ringing purchases, counting change, promoting credit and loyalty programs, replenishing merchandise, supporting store recovery, ensuring cleanliness, and participating in safety and policy adherence. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are needed, with the ability to multitask and flex schedule as business needs require.
