Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Uphold merchandising standards, initiate store recovery as needed, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness programs. Work a flexible schedule starting at 5 AM, adhering to all labor laws and operational standards. This role supports the broader TJX family mission of delighting shoppers with hidden treasures across our global brands.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation

- Retail customer experience preferred
