Job Summary
Receive orders and verify candidate information while assisting in setting up new clients within screening platforms. Ensure all verifications and consents meet FCRA and state regulations, then maintain audit-ready documentation. Review results for accuracy and communicate with clients regarding updates, outcomes, and support questions. This role requires familiarity with FCRA, DOT, and state-level background check regulations, along with strong analytical capabilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Two years in background screening or HR/compliance roles
- Familiarity with FCRA, DOT, and state-level background check regulations
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably in Criminal Justice, Business or related field
