Job Summary
Build backend services, APIs, and workflows for the AI Neobank app supporting insurance, payments, wallet, savings, investing, and travel products. Design reliable systems for user accounts, transactions, partner integrations, reconciliation, and notifications. Integrate with banks, payment gateways, insurers, and data providers while improving system reliability, observability, and security. Work with product and mobile teams to ship customer-facing journeys quickly. Ensure systems are practical, auditable, and ready for regulated financial products. Handle production issues and long-term reliability while making trade-offs between speed, quality, and risk.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, system design and production debugging
- Experience building scalable services and integrating third-party systems
- Good understanding of security, reliability, data quality and operational edge cases
- Able to make practical trade-offs between speed, quality and risk
- Comfortable working with product, mobile, operations and business teams
- Strong English communication
- Candidates must be based in US
