Job Summary
Build backend services, APIs, and workflows for the AI Neobank app, supporting products across insurance, payments, wallets, and financial services. Design reliable systems for user accounts, transactions, partner integrations, and reconciliation while integrating with banks, payment gateways, and insurers. Improve system reliability, observability, security, and performance to ensure practical, auditable infrastructure for regulated financial products. Work with product and mobile teams to ship customer-facing journeys quickly, taking ownership of production issues and long-term reliability. Based in Thailand with English as the primary working language, you will help scale core systems across markets and millions of users.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, system design and production debugging
- Experience building scalable services and integrating third-party systems
- Good understanding of security, reliability, data quality and operational edge cases
- Able to make practical trade-offs between speed, quality and risk
- Comfortable working with product, mobile, operations and business teams
- Strong English communication
- Must be based in Thailand
- English is our main working language across global teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, payments, insurance, lending, banking or regulated products is a strong advantage
