Backend Python/Django

Design, build, and maintain reliable public-facing APIs while contributing clean, performant code to the core platform. Collaborate with product stakeholders, designers, and engineers to deliver features across domains like e-commerce, internationalization, and reporting. Refactor and optimize code using existing best practices, proactively write tests and documentation, and provide constructive feedback on pull requests. Participate actively in the full Agile development lifecycle from planning to release. Work remotely with a 4-day work week once a month, supported by a sign-on bonus and access to extensive technical training resources.
