Job Summary
Build scalable backend systems using Go, Node.js, or Python with experience in realtime systems, Redis, Websockets, and event-driven architectures. Manage databases including MySQL, Firestore, and Realtime Database while leveraging GCP platforms and CI/CD tools. Optimize application performance using monitoring tools and demonstrate curiosity in learning new tools, discovering innovations, and setting up processes to improve operations. Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in programming in one of the backend languages - Go, Node.js, or Python
- Experience with Realtime Systems, Redis, Websockets, Event-Driven Architectures
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, Firestore, Realtime Database
- Experience with cloud platforms like GCP and experience with CI/CD tools
- Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization
- Flexibility to move to Bangalore
- Past experience in product based or startups or mid sized companies
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies and financial markets (Good to have)
