Job Summary
As a Backend Engineer at Pinkoi, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, front-end developers, and data engineers to enhance user experience on the e-commerce platform. Key responsibilities include producing high-quality code, troubleshooting and fixing system issues, and improving system architecture for performance and stability. You are expected to bring new technologies and innovative ideas to the team while fostering communication and proactive improvements in systems. You must possess more than 2 years of backend development experience and have strong programming skills, with a good understanding of algorithms and Linux.
Required Qualifications
- More than 2 years of backend development experience
- Solid programming skills (Python preferred but any programming language accepted)
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Basic understanding of Linux operating system (especially Process and Thread)
- Ability to effectively use AI-assisted development tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience writing system frameworks or libraries
- Experience with application performance tuning
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis
