Job Summary
Design high-throughput, fault-tolerant real-time streaming applications using Apache Kafka and build scalable, secure enterprise-grade backend services with Node.js and TypeScript. Integrate LLMs, predictive models, and AI-driven automation tools into core banking workflows while managing Kafka topics, partitions, and schema registries for financial transactions. Implement strict banking-grade compliance, data encryption, and secure API authorization layers, then set up deep observability, logging, and tracing using Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK. This role focuses on creating resilient, real-time data pipelines for a major banking client within the AI-first digital transformation company SID Global Solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of deep backend development experience using Express, NestJS, or Fastify
- Strong experience handling event-driven systems, stream processing, and message retention strategies
- Proven track record of interacting with AI APIs, vector databases, or orchestrators like LangChain
- Expert knowledge of relational systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in writing robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest or Mocha
Desired Qualifications
- Background building secure software within the banking, financial services, or insurance sectors
- Familiarity with financial regulations, PCI-DSS compliance, and secure data masking techniques
