Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and system integrations while collaborating with frontend engineers to deliver end-to-end React-based features. Write clean, secure code, design data models, and optimize queries across relational and non-relational databases. Contribute to system architecture, participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment, and monitor application performance to troubleshoot production issues. Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Requires 3–5 years of backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, plus React.js proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in backend engineering with exposure to full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar frameworks
- Experience building RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and working with microservices architectures
- Solid knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks, component architecture, and state management
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies
