Job Summary
Join Bringg as a Backend Engineer focused on the development of core backend services for an AI-driven large-scale SaaS platform. The role involves driving AI-assisted development practices, designing and maintaining backend services, and collaborating with global teams. Required qualifications include over four years of backend development experience, familiarity with AI development tools, and experience with databases like PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch. A B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field is needed. The tech stack includes Node.js, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, C++, and Ruby on Rails.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of backend / server-side development experience in a modern programming language
- Extensive real-world experience using AI development tools
- Hands-on experience with databases and data stores such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis
- Solid understanding of asynchronous and event-driven execution models
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microservices architectures and Event-Driven / Event Sourcing systems.
- Experience with advanced monitoring, observability, and alerting practices.
- Experience with indexing and retrieval from vector databases
- Experience with Geographical Information Systems
- Experience with Routing and navigation algorithms
