Job Summary
Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and PrismaJS while managing PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Deploy applications on cloud platforms like DigitalOcean and Google Cloud Platform, utilizing BullJS for job processing and Cron for scheduling. Ensure data integrity and security through rigorous unit and integration testing with Jest. Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate third-party services and Solana RPCs, optimizing performance with caching mechanisms. Maintain high standards of code quality and reliability across the engineering team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development with a focus on web2/web3 technologies
- Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and PrismaJS
- Experience with cloud services (Google Cloud Platform, DigitalOcean) and DevOps practices
- Experience with unit and integrations test using Jest
- Knowledge of event-based architecture, microservices design patterns, and ability to design scalable systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies, specifically Solana, is a plus
- Proficiency in machine learning concepts and experience in applying them to real-world problems
- Experience in designing and optimizing backends to handle large volumes of data efficiently
