Required Qualifications
- 5+ years developing backend in Python
- Ideal experience with FastAPI
- Real mastery of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB)

- Experience in designing and architecting modular, scalable, and maintainable backend systems
- Background in professional development teams (3+ people) and long-term projects
- Demonstrable autonomy: ability to unlock oneself, make technical decisions, and progress without constant validation
- Native Spanish
- English level B2 for reading technical documentation
