Job Summary
Backend Developer role focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs in a microservices environment. Responsibilities include building high-performance, scalable applications using Java-based frameworks (Spring Boot; Quarkus a plus), collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in system design and code reviews, debugging and optimizing performance, and refactoring code across multiple teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Experience with Quarkus is a plus
- Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices
- Cloud architecture and services in AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Office 365
