Job Summary

The Back Waiter is responsible for providing fast, friendly service in a restaurant environment, interacting with guests while maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area. Duties include serving food and drinks, resetting tables, and assisting during events.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess or obtain TIPS certification prior to starting work in the restaurant

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Comfortable interacting with both staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Able to handle a stressful, noisy, and crowded work environment
  • Able to service numerous tables simultaneously and work cooperatively with kitchen staff
