Job Summary
Back Waiter at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the United Arab Emirates. Supports front waitstaff, prepares and replenishes side stations with cutlery, glassware, and condiments, clears tables, maintains dining area cleanliness, coordinates with kitchen and front-of-house staff, and ensures health, safety, and hygiene standards are met to deliver a high-quality dining experience. Requires prior Back Waiter or similar experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting, strong attention to detail, teamwork, excellent communication, professional appearance, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Must currently be in the UAE.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Back Waiter or similar role in a 5-Star luxury hotel or fine dining environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and polished appearance
- Must be currently in UAE
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
