Job Summary
Back Up Scan Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market responsible for maintaining price integrity across the store. Performs daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, updates shelf signs and tags, ensures promotional and pricing signage compliance, verifies weekly ad price changes and pricing accuracy, and supports pricing integrity in a fast-paced retail environment. Requires attention to detail, strong analytical and mathematical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to read price tags, create and post signs, and lift/move items (up to 17 lbs) with occasional walking and crouching. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training or acceptable combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Able to read price tags and create signs; post price tags and signs
- Ability to lift up to 17 lbs. and move boxes up to 8 feet for up to 1 hour
- Able to walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours
- Ability to crouch/kneel/squat for up to 50 hours as needed
- Ability to work varied hours/days
- Detail-oriented with accuracy and price integrity responsibilities
- Ability to operate a computer to activate new pricing
- Must be able to use a step ladder
