Job Summary
Back Up Scan Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market responsible for maintaining price integrity across store operations. Performs daily/weekly/monthly price changes, updates shelf and promotional signs, ensures compliance with company and governmental regulations, verifies weekly ad price changes and pricing signage, and supports accurate pricing in a fast-paced environment. Requires 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months related experience or education, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent mathematical abilities, and the ability to interact positively with customers, employees, and vendors. Must be able to work varied hours, read and post price signs, use a step ladder, and lift/move boxes up to 17 lbs. Salary range $16.20-$21.85 per hour (PART_TIME). Benefits and DailyPay available. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training or acceptable combination of education and experience
- strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports and schedules
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- excellent mathematical skills
- outgoing, friendly behavior with positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- ability to work varied hours/days
- read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs; good vision to read signs; ability to staple, scan and use a computer to activate new pricing; able to use a step ladder
- ability to transfer boxes up to 17 lbs., up to 8 feet, up to 1 hour; walking up to 4 miles per 8 hours; repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting for up to 50 hours
