Job Summary
Master the seamless mechanics of dining room and bar service, transforming traditional table service into an elevated hospitality experience. Work in complete synchronization with Servers, Sommeliers, and Bartenders to ensure excellence with every single course. Rigorously memorize the menu and beverage list while multitasking gracefully under pressure to meet high-volume, chef-driven standards. Maintain a valid California Responsible Beverage Service certification and possess at least two years of serving, back serving, or busing experience. Work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the restaurant's premier schedule.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two (2) years of previous serving, back serving, or busing experience—preferably within a fine dining, high-volume, or chef-driven concept
- Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or possess a valid, state-approved work permit)
- A passionate willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to elite service standards
- Ability to work varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as the dictates of a premier restaurant require
- Reliable transportation to and from our Sacramento location
