Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and ensure Associates complete tasks according to the store plan. Monitor team productivity, coach staff on merchandising principles, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and hazardous waste programs while supporting shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting heavy objects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to train others
