Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, organizing back stock, and ensuring efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor. Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles; maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise; coaches team to meet store plan; promotes a positive customer experience and safety. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and adapt to changes, and leadership experience in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
