Job Summary
Back Office Trainer responsible for devising and delivering training programs for the back office team; develop comprehensive training materials, assess training needs, monitor trainee progress, and provide ongoing support. Collaborates with supervisors and management to align training objectives with operational goals, stay updated on industry trends to incorporate relevant content, and foster continuous learning and improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in a training role
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
