Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day operation, support, and maintenance of restaurant back-office systems, including NCR Back Office databases. Lead implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of new system functionality, upgrades, and technology initiatives while ensuring reliable communication between restaurant systems and corporate platforms. Serve as the escalation point for complex technology issues, troubleshoot application and integration problems, and coordinate resolution with internal and external partners. Research system enhancements, develop training materials, and monitor performance to identify efficiency opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of experience supporting restaurant technology or POS platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting restaurant technology, POS platforms, or business applications
- Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, and vendor relationships
- Experience troubleshooting system integrations and data communications between store and corporate applications
- Strong knowledge of restaurant POS and back-office systems
- Understanding of restaurant operations and technology support processes
- Experience troubleshooting software, integrations, and system performance issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing training materials and supporting end users
- Commitment to continuous improvement and technology innovation
