Job Summary
Deliver assigned commercial and administrative objectives while managing pricing documentation, standard aftermarket quotations, and sales reports. Generate, analyze, and distribute commercial statistics including pricing, volume, and market trends to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate communication between plants, internal stakeholders, and customers, ensuring compliance with legal and departmental policies. Monitor offer parameters against approved guidelines, lead S&O TSG updates, and organize tender review meetings. Manage end-to-end CPQ offer processes, support win/loss analysis, and maintain accurate Salesforce data for forecasting. Proactively identify commercial risks and resolve disputes involving customers or suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience within Banking & Insurance, Retail/Production Controlling, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, or a similar business environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and problem-solving capability
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders within the scope of assigned responsibilities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across onsite and remote multicultural teams
- Flexible, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English
- Understanding of corporate bid management, sales processes, commercial operations, and Turkish public sector procurement processes
- Male candidates must have completed military service
- Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia is required
