Job Summary
Lead and build Point72's Back Office Operations function for daily reconciliations of cash balances with prime brokers, overseeing end-to-end operational controls, automation initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Trading, Risk, and Compliance. Responsible for establishing a scalable operating model, managing a high-performing team, driving KPI and quality metrics, and partnering with external counterparties to resolve breaks and improve end-to-end processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred)
- 15+ years of Operations experience within a hedge fund, asset manager, bank, or fund administrator
- Strong product knowledge across equities, futures, equity swaps, FX, derivatives, and fixed income instruments
- Proven experience building, scaling, and managing teams
- Advanced technical aptitude and ability to work with Technology
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
