Job Summary
The Back Office Medical Assistant at the Heart & Vascular clinic will provide essential clinical support, performing EKGs, rooming patients, and assisting with patient flow in a fast-paced environment. Requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage high patient volumes effectively. Must have relevant certifications before starting.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Assistant Certification
- BLS (American Heart Association) - required before starting
Desired Qualifications
- Cardiology or Heart/Vascular experience
- EKG and cardiac monitor experience
- Experience with pulmonary or multi-specialty clinics
- Epic EMR experience
Additional Requirements
- Must be obtained via in-person proctored exam
