Job Summary
Assist players with issues they experience or report, focusing on the player to provide the ultimate player experience. Listen to the voice of the players and communicate their feedback to appropriate teams. Work with the team to improve processes. This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation assistance provided. Candidates must have fluency in German and English, along with gaming experience and player empathy.
