Job Summary
Assist players with issues or reports, focus on delivering the ultimate player experience, and listen to player feedback to communicate it to appropriate teams. Work with the team to improve processes while maintaining player empathy and understanding their perspective when tackling support cases. Fluency in German and English, plus gaming experience, are required. This role offers relocation support including a €1,500 bonus and 21 days of provided accommodation in Sofia, Bulgaria.
