Job Summary
Back Office Agent & Academic Advisor responsible for preparing and submitting client documentation for Canadian visa applications, ensuring accuracy and deadlines, and providing academic advising to build educational and immigration plans. Duties include handling sensitive immigration documents with confidentiality, maintaining client records in CRM, assisting with LOA tracking, guiding clients through Canadian educational opportunities, advising on programs, helping prepare academic portfolios, and monitoring school applications through to LOA. The role requires professional, organized, client-focused individuals who can work under pressure, communicate effectively, build strong client relationships, and meet monthly targets (minimum four LOAs). Skills prioritized include excellent communication, CRM proficiency, data management, research and problem-solving, and familiarity with immigration/education environments; bilingual Spanish/French is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM systems
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of sensitive information
- Knowledge of immigration, regulatory, or education environments is advantageous
- Spanish and/or French fluency is advantageous
