Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; stocking kitchen inventory; keeping the kitchen clean and organized; staying up-to-date on product updates; and completing opening/closing tasks while adhering to dress code and safety rules. Requires knowledge of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep), ability to work with kitchen equipment, in-house training, and a flexible schedule; work environment emphasizes teamwork, leadership development, and providing excellent customer service.
