Job Summary
Energetic cook needed to support Reginelli’s Pizzeria’s back-of-house operations. Responsibilities include preparing items such as bread, dough, produce, and pasta; ensuring adherence to all food preparation procedures; maintaining food safety and proper labeling/rotation to minimize waste; keeping cooking areas clean and ensuring equipment (coolers, ovens) runs efficiently; plus additional side work as needed. Must work well in a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly. The role supports hands-on meal production in a casual dining setting with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for up to 3 hours
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
- Teamwork in a fast-paced setting
