Cook and prepare ingredients thoughtfully to recipe specifications while maintaining food quality and consistency. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures, then restock stations to keep them clean and organized. Follow daily checklists and cross-train in multiple positions to assist with additional duties assigned. Deliver an exceptional guest experience through careful food preparation and adherence to operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils
- Able to work in hot or cold temperatures
- Able to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment
- Must be able to clearly speak and articulate
