Job Summary
Back of House Team Member for a morning shift at Chick-fil-A. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledge of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; maintain a clean, organized workspace; stay up-to-date with new products; operate safely around kitchen equipment; complete in-house training; assist with opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code and company rules; flexible scheduling and a focus on teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. The role supports both full-time and part-time positions and requires availability during daytime hours (5:00 AM–4:00 PM) on at least three days per week.
