Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A in The Colony, TX. You’ll be the welcoming face behind the scenes, assisting in kitchen stations, preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities include stocking inventory, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, staying up-to-date with new products, operating kitchen equipment safely, reporting maintenance issues, completing opening/closing tasks, and adhering to dress code and company rules. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, communicate well with the team, and be flexible to work weekends and evenings. Must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and be eligible to work in the United States.
