Job Summary
Prepare and cook high-quality food to Chick-fil-A standards; ensure order accuracy using KPS screens, labels, and box tabs; maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment; organize the kitchen, chutes, and inventory to support smooth operations; collaborate with Front of House to streamline service and minimize guest wait times; demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen; Saturday availability is required; shift options include Morning, Mid-Shift, and Night; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Saturday availability required for all roles
- Full-Time requires Monday–Saturday availability (average 33+ hours/week)
- Part-Time requires availability of at least 4 days per week
