Job Summary
Back of House Team Member for Chick-fil-A. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently; mastering assignments across kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock and maintain inventory; keep kitchen clean and organized; stay updated on new products and training; complete opening/closing tasks; adhere to policies and dress code; collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service. Requires reliability, a positive attitude, customer-service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen environment; willingness to work a flexible evening schedule and lift 40-50 lbs as needed.
