Job Summary
Back of House Team Member for Chick-fil-A. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently; knowledge of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); stock kitchen inventory; maintain a clean, orderly kitchen; stay up-to-date with new products; report maintenance issues; complete in-house training; perform opening or closing tasks; adhere to dress code and policies; contribute to a safe, positive team environment and provide excellent service. Requires ability to multi-task, work with others or independently, and lift up to 25 lbs; flexible scheduling with daytime/night-time hours; predominantly in-person restaurant work.
